Our rates are as follows:
High Season: (June - Sept. and Christmas)
- Single Occupancy: $120
- Double Occupancy: $140 - $150
Low Season: (Oct. - May not including Christmas)
- Single Occupancy: $99
- Double Occupancy: $120 - $130

Cancellation Policy
Please to provide at least 14 days notice if you wish to cancel your booking and your deposit will be returned. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival or fail to arrive and we are unable to fill the vacancy you will be required to pay the full amount. By supplying a reservation deposit you are acknowledging your acceptance of these terms. An administration fee of $25 will be levied against any cancellations.
